Each of our four Pulled Meat sandwiches presents to you their own unique taste. Right from the beginning with a dry rub of special blends of herbs and seasonings created specifically for that meat, to the finishing touch of a rich, tangy, or sweet barbeque sauce to compliment.

Our Bratwursts are first cooked, then steeped in one of our rich brat batters. We use a beer batter, a hard apple cider batter, and then there's our special purist batter. Next the Brat is finished off on a grill with a flame kiss to get that delicate yet crisp bite. Every bite is saturated in rich flavor!

Nothing goes better with a brat than an ice-cold, full-flavored beer. We offer a selection of beers on tap in both "shooner" and "pounder" sizes. We have even more varieties available by the bottle.
